T H E R I T U A L
WARNING: AVOID USE DURING PREGNANCY as it stimulates uterine contractions. Use for short periods of time and AVOID strong sun exposure while using this product. DO NOT BOIL or MICROWAVE For a pleasant tasting infusion: For one cup: • Measure 1 tsp of the herbal blend and place into the bottom of a stainless steel, iron, copper or glass pot. • Pour one cup of milk* over the herbs. • Turn your burner on to a medium level of heat and warm to just under the amount of heat your finger can take so as not to kill the volatile essence in the plant material. • Stir often. • Add a teaspoon of ghee or coconut oil to the mixture then stir continually until drink is warm. • The longer the steep, the more flavor and potency of therapeutic value. For a therapeutic dosage: Follow the above directions; then allow to steep overnight. In the morning, slightly warm prior to consuming. Best consumed within: 6 months Store container in a cool, dark place. *Vegan milk is preferred. If you are using dairy make sure it is at least 2 % milk fat for the solubility of the herbal blend.
